Welcome to the EDGE!
St. Stephen Parish uses "The EDGE" as our model for middle school religious education. The EDGE is an exciting and dynamic program that challenges middle school youth and invites them to walk with Jesus, as well as being in tune with their unique needs. Think part school assembly, part small group discussion. It is designed to meet their educational, spiritual, emotional, and social needs. As part of the Catholic Church's mission to evangelize and spread the gospel message of Jesus, middle school youth are encouraged to bring their friends to youth group activities.
The EDGE meets on Monday evenings in the church building from 7-8:30pm. All middle school youth are welcome to come with their friends or stop by and check us out at any time. We do ask that any middle school youth who will be coming on a regular basis, or enrolled for religious education register with us for the year. Classes typically begin the Monday after Labor Day, and continue weekly through the end of May.
