Religious Education for Pre K through Grade 5

Congratulations to the children in the Sacrament Preparation program who made their First Reconciliation.  The Rite of Enrollment for First Communion will take place at all Masses on February 25 and 26.  Don't forget to bring your scroll!

First Communion Mass Reservations

Mass Reservation Forms are due as soon as possible.  Click the links below to see the list of children assigned to each Communion Mass.  While we were able to accommodate most first choice requests, some children were assigned their second choice selection.  If you do not see you child listed, please check your first and second choice as well as the "need forms" document prior to calling our office.  If you requested a private ceremony, please check the "other" document for your child.  Updated lists will be posted every Thursday.  All changes to your Mass reservation must be submitted on a new Mass Reservation Form. Drop-off Reminder

Parents, please drop your children off at the school main entrance of the school for Religious Education classes.  Children must check to see if their teacher is present before heading to class.  Children must not be left in the classrooms unattended.  The Angels' Wing gate will no longer be unlocked prior to or during class times.  The gate will only be open during dismissal.

Also, please remind your children that they may not have any electronic devices in the classroom (this includes portable games, cell phones, and eReaders). 

Program Information

Parents are their children's primary educators and we are extremely pleased to partner with you on your child's faith journey.  St. Stephen offers religious education for children age 4 and older. All classes for K-5 are held at St. Stephen School. 

Children not attending a Catholic school should attend classes in a Catholic Religious Education program. Children in grades Kindergarten through 8 may participate in a Home Study program with approval of the Coordinator of Religious Education.

Registration for new and returning families is year round.  Please stop by our office or download the forms from our main page.
