Safe Environment Policy

The Religious Education office is committed to the safety of the young people entrusted in our care.  We follow all of the guidelines to provide a safe environment as established by the Diocese of St. Petersburg.  Additional information can be found on their web site at www.dosp.org .

Volunteers interested in working in the Religious Education office must complete the following:

• Three hour Safe Environment training
• Covered Volunteer Application
• Level 2 background check (fingerprinting)
• Acknowledge receipt of our harassment policy

Safe environment training takes place throughout the year.  The volunteer application, background check information, and harassment policy will be provided when we receive your volunteer interest form.
