Bereavement Ministry

The Bereavement ministry reaches out to those who have experienced the loss of a loved one.  Our primary goal is to comfort and support those left behind.  We also coordinate the All Souls Memorial Mass and other workshops. There are various ways to serve in this ministry:

• Visitor Team: Visit the family of the deceased to help them plan the funeral or memorial Mass.
• Liturgy Team: Serve at the funeral/memorial Mass as a sacristan or a Eucharistic minister.
• Reception Team: Plan, prepare, and serve a meal or reception after the funeral/memorial Mass, or as needed by the family.
• After Care Team: Connect with those "left behind" at regular intervals to provide grief support and resources.
