Caregiver Support Group

Care giving can be overwhelming.  Direction to resources, and someone to listen and address practical as well as spiritual concerns are vital in helping the caregiver move forward with the myriad of decisions that need to be made.  St. Stephen has many ministries that provide assistance for caregivers, such as Senior Moments, Faith Community Nursing, St. Vincent de Paul Society, the Food Pantry, Meals on Wheels, Food for Friends and more.
